Books have been a part of my life all my life. I still have a copy of the first book I ever read, Hi, All You Rabbits by Carl Memling, and a copy of the first book I ever designed, I Have A Friend with Learning Disabilities by Dale Carlson. In a few short months, I’ll also have a copy of the first book I ever wrote and published: LOOK UP! Musings on the Nature of Mindfulness.
Hand-in-hand with books has been the marinating idea that I should publish — publish my writing, publish books. That idea has simmered on the back burner for a great many years…until about six months ago, when I decided it was time to stir the pot and make soup!
Soup in the form of this new endeavor — THREE CHAIRS PUBLISHING — happily launching today!

I don’t remember my first book, I got hand me downs from my sister. I do remember reading in a circle in first grade when sounding out the word CAT letter by letter taught me the fun of reading! Reading Sally, Dick and Jane books!
Books and reading. Such a cornerstone for the things we do now!
Good luck on your new adventure.
Thanks!
Congratulations! I can’t wait for the first of the Three Chairs conversations! Save a chair for me!
Let the conversations begin!
