Teach me
how to do that
gentle soul
who sits
quietly
softly
still.
Do frogs
even have
To Do lists?

Love this one! But then again. I’ve always had a soft spot for frogs!
Me, too!
Maybe not to do lists, but secrets. ;-)
Great post, Jen.
Ahhh…secrets!
;-)
Yes they go like this:
Ribbit Ribbit Ribbit
FLY
Ribbit Ribbit Ribbit
FLY
HECTIC DAY!!! Poor thing. At least you captured him well! He still has that going for him! I can almost feel the slimy warts and muscles wiggling.
I would LOVE a To-Do list that simple!
I know they seem to know how to live. PLUS they hibernate the FULL winter long! SLEEP!
Doesn’t THAT sound wonderful!
YEAH there SKINNIER TOO! miss winter and loose weight!!! OMG SIGN ME UP!
I’m a frog lover too and love your little poem. I’m building a new pond area out of all my old things from my last and I keep finding all sorts of my old frog friends to scatter around this new space. My favorite frog saying is, “Time’s fun when you’re having flies!” :>)

LOVE IT!
I have (ended up with) a collection of frogs myself. Mostly Frog Princes. : )
