I love dragonflies. I think tuning our attention to all the life around us, like these amazing insects, allows us to be more fully in the present moment. Great picture to go with this timeless wisdom.
I was on a walk today thinking the same thing – like playing i-spy (a leaf, a snake, a nest, a dragonfly) instead of wandering off into some other timeline of thought.
