Museums are among my favorite places to go and watch people. They are moving works of art amid all the static paintings and statues. :-)
That’s for sure! It was fun, this visit, to see how everyone dressed for the summer heat: cottony linens, long flowery dresses, gorgeous silk scarves draped over cold shoulders…works of art in and of themselves!
wow – nice photos – lots of people, watching (and people watching) for sure! lovely crowd shot alongside the shots of people hanging out solo… excellent! i think now i must have only visited the museum of modern art ’cause none of this looks familiar at all… thanks for sharing
You may very well have been to this museum – we were there for four hours maybe and saw only about 10% of the exhibits. It’s that large and full of wonder!
What a fabulous visit, post, photos.
Well done, Jen. The vista is especially exciting —
THAT is what it’s like to go to that museum.
I know! There were these special views as we moved our way from the grand staircase through 17th century paintings and Byzantine art, from modern photography to the Impressionists. Views that were not even part of the exhibits – but art in their own right. Most certainly!
I remember this guy. He was just hangin’ out in the modern art display….
Yea. Lots of cool window-sitter shots in that same area!
