    Make a ton of them, freeze them and then have them available for quick dinners!!! And you can do other things with them – chicken parm, sandwiches etc…..

    nicely done, chef jen, nicely done, right down to the lovely fiestaware plate (altho, shall we say, it’s somewhat of a nod to the cheesy orange coating on the non-chicken milanese?) just kidding – looks delicious! love the lemon garnish nestled among the shredded lettuce!
